| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a New PWD Amenities at Kawana Waters State College, located at Sportsman Parade, Bokarina QLD 4575 , as part of the Education 4 All program.
The new building is an extension to the existing Amenities Block on the Primary Campus at Kawana State College. The position of the building is in the centre of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by Janauary 2023.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
