The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Woodridge State School – E Block Refurbishment, located at the corner of Wembley Road and Railway Parade, Woodridge
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
To be eligible, Contractors must hold:
- Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to $1m
