Shorncliffe State School requires a new outdoor learning area to be constructed, this space will be by the school and outer hours school care.
The works generally comprise of the following.
Demolition of the existing external concrete to make way of the new construction works.
Removal of the existing garden beds.
Tree removal/trim
Preparation of the site and construction of sandstone seating.
Installation of new concrete works
Relocation of overhead services
Removal of old gate
Ensuring compliant design and construction to meet all Australian Standards for access and compliance and DoE standards. Design to be certified with certifier engaged by contractor prior to construction
