- Identify all defects that are deemed critical, urgent, and important
- Assess each defect and provide options on improved, cost-effective solutions for defect rectification
- Provide concept design services for all client approved options
- Provide QS services including
- Ensure all elements of design and proposed delivery are scoped and priced
- Provide schematic cost plan and assessment report of proposed rectifications to inform client decision making
- Provide high level certification input.
- Allow for sufficient stakeholder engagement including progress/client approval meetings and design workshops.
