The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for DJAG7312223 for the Provision of a Court Services Queensland Workforce Review. Court Services Queensland (CSQ), Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG) is seeking the services of an experienced Supplier to provide expert advice on the structures required to deliver excellence in court services to meet current and forecast demand. DJAG requires a Supplier to review the current CSQ workforce structure including registry and leadership structures. Services required include:
Review of the current CSQ workforce in the context of current and forecasted workload;
Review the leadership structure (AO8 through to SES) across SDLC, MCS, and RSS;
Development a capability framework for key levels and positions within CSQ to achieve greater consistency in the delivery of court services state-wide; and
Review of current SME utilisation across CSQ.
