Urban Utilities is seeking Proposals for the provision of Debt Management Services. The objective is to optimise Urban Utilities’ debt collection process to achieve an ongoing reduction of overdue accounts for residential and commercial customers via the provision of services in accordance with the Specification which will ultimately deliver and address the following key outcomes:
A cost effective, sustainable process for efficiently managing outstanding debt with an emphasis on utilising appropriate technology wherever possible
An appropriate level of collection activity based on the age and value of the outstanding debt
Collection activities which are undertaken in-line with Industry best practice and in accordance with relevant legislation, acts and standards
Continued alignment with the Principal’s Quality Assurance Guidelines for Customer Calls
A collaborative approach to collection activities, providing continuous improvements to improve debt profile.
