SITE INSPECTION UPDATE: Please be advised that the site inspection that was originally scheduled for the 9 November has now been rescheduled to 10am on Thursday 10 November. Please ensure you confirm your attendance with the Customer Contact Officer. 

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the Pine Rivers Electorate Office Fitout located at 323 Gympie Road, Strathpine, Queensland.

Depending on requirements these works specifically include:

• demolition,
• mechanical and electrical work,
• the provision of a wheelchair accessible amenity,
• secure waiting room,
• meeting room,
• office spaces,
• storeroom, and
• kitchenette

Please Note: onsite inspections must be pre-booked with the Customer Contact Officer at eoaccommodation@parliament.qld.gov.au.
