The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for:
The successful contractor will undertake a desktop assessment of the properties, using existing documentation and reports, to prepare Interim Management Directions (IMDs) or updated planning assessments for six properties/aggregations.
Despite the conservation values of these properties, many have been acquired with existing non-compatible uses, legacy infrastructure, or encumbrances, and/or retain the residual impacts of former land use practices. Addressing these matters is a key focus of preparation of the IMDs to assist in prioritising the allocation of future funds.
Consultation with key operational and technical staff (internal to QPWS) is required to ensure the documents appropriately manage risk, aligns with priority key values and will support funding decisions.
Supporting documents available for discussion from Technical Officer upon request through the tender process. Successful contractor will provide support documents onto commencement.
