A University-wide signage manual is to be developed which ensures that signage – whether fixed or digital – is consistent, cost-effective, easily updated, and aligns with the University’s brand. The signage manual is to be used as a benchmark across all University campuses. Specified signage can be distinctive but must be practical and reflective of a young and innovative university campus.
The University has recently refreshed its brand and this provides an opportunity for the new brand to rollout on signage across all of its campuses. The timing of this rollout will be determined by Facilities Management as part of planned upgrades and new wayfinding signage implementation.
The primary objectives for this Request for Proposals (RFP) are therefore to appoint a company to:
- Consult with relevant UniSC stakeholders;
- Review current signage and look at ways of improving its effectiveness and visual appeal; and
- Produce a signage manual for all internal and external signage across all campuses.
