UniSC is seeking to enter into a contract to create an updated Masterplan to guide the development of infrastructure, built facilities and landscape amenities at our Sippy Downs Campus, from 2023, looking forward 20 years.
Mandatory Criteria
Local Benefit - The core project team is to be based in Zone 1 as defined by the Queensland Procurement Policy (125km from Sippy Downs)
Must have relevant master planning and higher education experience in the last 5 years.
