Moreton Bay Stage 2 Landscaping
The primary objectives for this Request for Proposals (RFP) are therefore to appoint a company to:
Act as Principal Consultant for the design so that electrical, hydraulic, civil, structural design are incorporated into the landscape;
Meet with stakeholders and reconfirm ALL requirements of the landscape inclusive of indigenous consultation;
Review Portion 3 Open Space (HASSELL design) and Stage 2 (Wild/KIRK design) and sew together the elements of each to best serve the University’s needs and reflect universal access principles;
Prepare a Landscape Concept Plan that meets the requirements of Condition 12. This plan can identify future works to be completed once additional funding becomes available.
Deliver a complete landscape design for the area between the Foundation Building and Stage 2 (as identified in Figure 1) and streetscape around Stage 2, inclusive of concept design, developed design and for construction documentation.
At a minimum, the design should include:
Arbor / forest planting area (on Lot 114 outside Stage 2 area)
