UniSC is seeking to enter a contract to provide professional services to support the planning of Microsoft related activities and the implementation of Microsoft Teams and its functions for all staff including migrating from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams as the university’s voice calling platform. The University has progressed many of the supporting activities required to achieve the project deliveries.

UniSC objectives for this request for proposal (RFP) are to identify a preferred Microsoft Partner to support planning activities associated with modernizing UniSC Microsoft technologies and the finalisation of the Microsoft Teams for Staff project activities. The role of the partner in delivering these work packages will be defined during the project and the preferred partner will be asked to quote at the time.  It is intended to leverage Microsoft FastTrack subsidized funding to deliver part of these work packages. The project is planned to commence upon partner appointment with a duration of 6 months, with the Skype for Business migration to be completed prior to April 2023.
