| The Queensland Government acting through the Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning on behalf of Economic Queensland is seeking Proposals for the delivery of Civil, Electrical and Landscape Works for the Yeronga Priority Development Area.
The Yeronga Priority Development Area (PDA) Civil, Electrical and Landscaping Works – Whole of Site, is required to provide serviced development lots. Upon completion the works will facilitate the delivery of the Yeronga Community Centre, Yeronga Community Health Hub and a diverse range of dwellings.
The civil contractor will be responsible for the delivery of roads, engineering services and landscape works to the public realm as well as external water infrastructure upgrades.
