View Contract Details

The Queensland Government is undertaking a lateral entry activity through QEDSOA-71789-B - Interactive Solutions - Category 1.

Suppliers are invited to submit offers for the following products and services:

1. Category 1 Products:
   • Boards;
   • “Smart” panels and screens including those with cameras, touch screens, email capability etc.;
   • Projectors and collaboration devices; and
   • Wireless keyboard and Wireless mice.
2. The following standard Services apply to each hardware item:
   • Basic training - Set up and calibration instruction, maintenance, simple operation;
   • Standard warranty;
   • Post warranty management;
   • Support;
   • Product Delivery;
   • Electrical testing;
   • Reporting;
   • Firmware, software and drivers required to operate hardware must be supplied with the device.
3. Other requirements including customer service, provision of customer rebate, risk management, contract management and performance management.
4. Implementation and supply management.

The Principal will hold a briefing session at 10:00am (AEST), 9 December 2021, via MS Teams.
