QUT is seeking to establish panels of suitably qualified and skilled suppliers to deliver services under three categories being 1) Construction, 2) Professional and 3) Trades.
This RTO is specific to the TRADES category including a range of trades as set out in Part 2 Business Requirements of the RTO Documents.
These trades are required to assist QUT Facilities Management teams to install, maintain, test and certify works, material and equipment across a large property and built asset portfolio with an estimated value of over $850million.
FM Operations typical spend across all required trades is in the order of $20-$40million p.a.
The panel will operate for an initial period of three (3) years with optional extensions of up to four (4) years for a total maximum period of seven (7) years.
