The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Senior Amenities Refurbishment at Rochedale State School, located at 694 Rochedale Rd, Rochedale QLD 4123, as part of the Amenities Renewal (AMEN) program.
The scope of works includes reconfiguration of the male and female toilets, inclusion of a PWD toilet and cleaners store. All works are to be completed by May 2023.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
