The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Roof Replacements located at Rochedale South State School at 15/37 Wendron St, Rochedale South, Qld , 4123
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works, including design responsibilities.
The site inspection will be a mandatory requirement to tender for this project – a site register of attendee will be kept.
To be eligible, Contractors must hold:
• Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
• Public Liability insurance to $20M
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to minimum $1m
• Work Cover insurance
