This procurement is seeling to purchase up to six (6) vessels. The vessels will predominantly be the same, with one major differentiation - Four (4) vessels will be an open/half cabin configuration, and two (2) vessels will be a full/enclosed cabin configuration. All requirements are applicable to both configurations, except where stated (or design neccessitates).
