The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of B Block at Mount Alford State School, located at 942 Reckumpilla St, Mount Alford QLD 4310 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.
The project includes infilling the ground floor to create the new Administration facility and a Genernal Learning Area, refurbishment of the upper floor, roofing works, and civil works to rectify the stormwater issues. All works are to be completed by 21 July 2023.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligiable contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
