The UniSC Contact Centre Replacement Project aims to achieve the following objectives:
Deliver a Cloud-Based Contact Centre linked to our new Azure based Ribbon SBC’s
Simplified Administration and Support for contact centre users to reduce impact on Internal Resources
Integration with key business tools such as “Oracle Service Cloud” and “Service Now”
Improved Reliability, flexibility, and scalability if / when needed
UniSC is seeking to enter a contract to deliver a new contact centre solution to replace our current Geomant Contact Expert including professional services to migrate the current configuration and user base across to the new proposed solution.
