The UniSC Contact Centre Replacement Project aims to achieve the following objectives: 

  • Deliver a Cloud-Based Contact Centre linked to our new Azure based Ribbon SBC’s
  • Simplified Administration and Support for contact centre users to reduce impact on Internal Resources
  • Integration with key business tools such as “Oracle Service Cloud” and “Service Now”
  • Improved Reliability, flexibility, and scalability if / when needed

UniSC is seeking to enter a contract to deliver a new contact centre solution to replace our current Geomant Contact Expert including professional services to migrate the current configuration and user base across to the new proposed solution.
