| The Department of Justice and Attorney-General is seeking Proposals for DJAG729.2122 for the Provision of Probity Advice to Establish a Standing Order Arrangement for the Conveyancing Services of Deceased Persons under the Coroners Act 2003 (Qld); and the Burial or Cremation of Deceased Persons under the Burial Assistance Act 1965 (Qld).
The Probity Adviser will be required to assist the Procurement Delegate and the Project Manager in the management of probity for the procurement process to tender for the SOA contracts for the provision of the abovementioned coronial services. Broad objectives are to achieve accountability, transparency and defensibility of decisions, and preserve public confidence in Government process.
Good and Services required include assisting the Evaluation Team Chair in responding to any challenges to the evaluation process (if and as required), and reviewing the completeness of evaluation documentation for consistency, including:
- Significant Procurement Plan.
- Invitation to Offers.
- Evaluation and Probity Plans.
- Evaluation Reports and Recommendations.
- Evaluation Team staff induction, attendance at Evaluation Meetings and review of Evaluation Consensus Meeting commentary and scoring.
- Review of negotiation strategies.
- Endorsing the integrity of the procurement process through delivery of draft and final Probity Report.
- Presentation to the CCQ contract management business services team on the probity protocols during the procurement process.
