The Liquor, Gaming and Fair Trading (LGFT) Division of the Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG) provides regulatory and consumer protection services across the liquor, gaming and general services sectors to contribute to fair, safe and responsible communities.
The purpose of this ITO is to seek offers from selected Suppliers who possess the capabilities, capacity and experience to conduct a business process review (BPR) of LGFT licensing processes and produce a model process/s to which other licence business processes may be applied.
