| Safe Night Precincts (SNPs) were enacted in 2014 as a chief component of the Government’s Tackling Alcohol-Fuelled Violence (TAFV) policy.
The Department of Justice and Attorney-General is seeking offers from selected Suppliers who possess the capabilities, capacity and experience to develop a comprehensive and practical evaluation framework to guide and facilitate three-yearly reviews of SNPs to determine whether the prescribing of the areas continue to meet their purpose.

Suppliers note: The supplier awarded the contract for this project will not be permitted to submit an offer for any subsequent procurement process the Department may undertake utilising the Evaluation Framework
The Evaluation Framework will not include a review of the broader TAFV policy and program.
