The Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy (the department) has purchased a retirement property for older Queenslanders in Clayfield.
The department has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objective of procuring a value for money, quality supplier/s that can successfully deliver:
- Property and tenancy management services
- Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) support/Mobile support services.
The successful Supplier/s will have the requisite skills, systems and infrastructure in place to undertake this work to the requirements outlined in this Invitation to Offer.
A site visit has been scheduled for 2pm to 3pm, Friday 5 May 2023 at 51 Norman Parade, Clayfield.
Offers can be presented in one of three ways:
- One supplier who offers either tenancy and property management services OR SHS services
- One supplier who offers both tenancy and property management AND SHS services
- Two suppliers in partnership with each other as part of a Joint Offer.

The successful supplier of property and tenancy management services must be:
The successful supplier of mobile support will need to be able to deliver service in accordance with the Guidelines.
- Suppliers must complete the Ethical Supplier Threshold form (Attachment 1) and meet the Ethical Supplier Threshold.
- Suppliers must complete the Expenditure Plan over the three-years (Attachment 2) within the allocated budget.
