The Queensland Government is seeking Offers for the fit-out of the Beaudesert Temporary Courthouse.
Department of Energy and Public Works (on behalf of the Department of Justice & Attorney-General) intends to engage a building contractor to undertake the fit-out/refurbishment of a commercial tenancy in the town centre of Beaudesert for use as a temporary courthouse, including management of the courthouse relocation into the fitted-out premises following Practical Completion of the temporary courthouse fit-out works.
The goods/services specifically required include the following trades/equipment:
Electrical;
Hydraulics;
Mechanical; and
Security, Communications and Audio Visual (AV).
