The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the fitout of the Burdekin Electorate Office located at 54-60 Queen Street, Ayr.
The scope of this project is to complete fitout tasks on behalf of the Lessor and the Lessee. Depending on requirements these services specifically include:
- internal demolition
- rectification of flooring
- installation of HVAC system
- ceiling
- flooring
- partition walls
- final finishes
- joinery and furniture
- CCTV and security hardware.
It does not include the provision and installation of vehicle mitigation devices.
