With increasing competition and changing privacy requirements, the University of the Sunshine Coast is looking for a proof of concept to improve our marketing efforts and privacy compliance by understanding and activating our customer data across channels.
We are looking for a system that can unify our omnichannel interactions into unique user profiles, segment profiles into audiences, and activate audiences through real-time personalisation.
Data collected by the system needs to be able to sync to our data warehouse and the system needs to manage user data consent to ensure privacy compliance.
