The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a D&C Building Contractor for the PAH LCDU Renal Limited Care Dialysis Refurbishment – Main Works.
The State of Queensland through Queensland Health is undertaking the procurement of a suitably qualified D&C Building Contractor to construct the PAH AH LCDU Renal Limited Care Dialysis Refurbishment - Main Works.
The scope of the Project generally includes but is not limited to:
A new 12-treatment space LCDU - refurbishment of Level 2 (currently administration space) of ARTS Building 31 (Renal Outpatient Building).
The current LCDU is in Building 35 and has 7 renal treatment spaces. These 7 treatment spaces will be relocated from Building 35 to Building 31. An additional 5 renal beds will also be delivered at Building 31 to create in total a 12 bed LCDU.
The administration space removed from Building 31 will then be relocated to the space vacated by the LCDU in Building 35 and adjacent Ground Floor tenancy space. The vacated spaced on the Ground Floor of Building 35 will need to be refurbished into the administration space.
