| The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for DJAG7342223 for the Provision of Cleaning Services at the Brisbane Courts Precinct.
The purpose of this Invitation to Offer is for the Customer to develop contractual arrangements for cleaning services at the Brisbane Courts Precinct. The Brisbane Courts Precinct includes:
- Supreme and District Courts Brisbane (QEII Courts of Law), 415 George Street Brisbane;
- Brisbane Magistrates Court, 363 George Street Brisbane;
- Brisbane Arrest Court, 240 Roma Street Brisbane.
The Customer has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of engaging a Supplier to ensure that a quality, reliable and timely cleaning service is provided through proactive management of staff including regular site visits and meeting with Courts Facilities Management staff.
The Customer will arrange an escorted group site inspection (walkthrough) at each of the courthouses. Offerors do not have to attend the site inspection, but it is strongly recommended they do in order to satisfy themselves of the actual scope of work. The proposed schedule for escorted site inspection is:

You must register to attend the escorted site inspection by emailing our contact officer with the name, position title, email address and emergency contact number for each of your representatives attending, by no later than 2:00pm on 22nd December 2022. A maximum of two representatives from your business may attend.
