| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Landscape Upgrade at Clontarf Beach SHS , located at 237 King Street, Clontarf QLD 4019, as part of the School Direct program.
The upgrades to the year 7 precinct include, covered lunch area and courts, timber seating, timber platforms, concrete paving, sandstone seating and planting beds. The position of the building is at the front of the school with reasonable site access and working space. All works are to be completed by October 2023.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
