| The Department of Education via the North Coast Region is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of 4 individual amenities blocks. The scope of works typically includes upgrades to flooring, partitions, joinery, plumbing, lighting, painting etc.
Ideally the works are to occur over the Easter break and can continue either side of the break if required.
The works are to be undertaken under a Design and Construction contract with tender documentation being made available to all head contractors. Induvial trade pricing will not be accepted.
