The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of an existing undercroft space into a new student hub centre at Sandgate District State High School, located at 41 Braun Street, Deagon QLD, 4017, as part of the School Subsidy Scheme (SSS) program.
All works are to be completed by January 2024.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
