Provision of Video Conferencing Infrastructure and Support Services
The Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG) needs to upgrade its underlying Cisco Video Conferencing (VC) infrastructure consisting of Unified Communications Manager, Expressway and Telepresence Management Suite, for which support will expire on 25-January 2024 and is currently managed by the Public Safety Network (PSN). The Department has chosen to upgrade to its own Cisco WebEx cloud hosted infrastructure services for endpoint registration and management, call control and handling, including installation services and an ongoing support model.
DJAG is seeking an experienced and strategic Cisco WebEx delivery partner who can ensure the Project delivers the outcomes, requirements and support options. We invite offers from suppliers with capacity and proven capability to deliver the requirements of this RFQ.
