Lumina is a 9.5ha premium commercial cluster, based within the 200 ha Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct in Southport, QLD and is the Gold Coast’s only commercial location solely dedicated to the health and technology sectors. The Public Open Space discussed for this EOI is a cross block link through the core of Lot 6 and Lot 3.
The Public Open Space at Lumina project overview and vision is:
Creation of a public realm with an “innovation enabling” environment. A socially dynamic place that inspires cross-sector collaboration.

EDQ has determined that the place vision for Public Open Space at Lumina is:
A vibrant place which harnesses economic, physical and networking assets in one destination.
A place that attracts innovative thinkers who seek out collaboration through informal relationships and investors who are looking to grow their businesses.
