View Contract Details

UniSC is seeking to enter into a contract to deliver construction works for the renovation and redesign of the existing Café C located at Sippy Downs Campus.  

UniSC objectives for the Request for Tender (RFT) are to: 

• Design (specified services only, namely electrical and plumbing) and Construct (install, build and deliver) the completed Café C Renovation design. The Construct element will be based on Architectural package of construction documentation and the Structural Engineer’s documentation (To be supplied). 

• Address Accessibility, Connectivity and Activation of the Campus.  

• Respond to new trends in food and café design.  

• Address the requirements of students and staff. 

• Continue to support our Sustainable Development.
