UniSC is seeking to enter into a contract to engage a consultancy company to undertake condition assessment reports across a number of UniSC’s campuses, and to develop Asset Management Plans (AMP) for each facility asset category per campus.
UniSC objectives for the Request for Tender (RFT) are to prepare a condition assessment report assessing the condition and compliance of UniSC buildings and associated services identified. In addition to a full report per building, UniSC requires the consultant to develop an Asset Management Plan for each asset category / building including a high-level capital and maintenance expenditure cost plan covering a 10-year period (2023-2033), including life cycle costs, maintenance and operational programs, and risk probability of assets failing should they not be invested in.
