UniSC is seeking to enter into a contract to provide vending services located at UniSC Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay campuses.
UniSC objectives for the Request for Tender are to:
Source reliable suppliers who will regularly service a range of products across a total of 10-15 machines total at UniSC Sunshine Coast and 5-7 machines total at UniSC Moreton Bay. UniSC reserve the right to use multiple vendors at the one or multiple campuses, to ensure a competitive pricing structure and range of product options are available to the community.
Ensure all machines have secure tap payment with cash available as an option where the machines are in a safe location.
Provide a variety of food (including numerous healthy options) for various times of the day, cold drinks and possibly light meals, hot coffee/tea, and other goods such as disposable cutlery, IT equipment and stationery, or other modern options via vending services.
Secure local reliable suppliers who have 7 days per week technical support and can respond to the University’s requirements.
Self-monitoring facilities to advise of errors or incidents at the machines.
Online reporting features accessible by the UniSC Catering Manager.
Provide an alternative food and beverage option on campus to supplement current offerings and provide options for out of hours needs of the University community, including students, staff and campus visitors.
