The Queensland Government, through Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service, is seeking proposals for Principal Contractor services for the Thursday Island Hospital Renal Project.
Please note: Tenderers are required to hold a minimum Prequalification (PQC) Level 2 rating and have an office in the region of Far North Queensland in order to be able to apply for these works.
Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for the PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
Proposal:
- A Principal Contractor is required to undertake the renal unit extension at the Thursday Island Hospital.
- The documentation for the tender and contract will be based on the Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract AS2124-1992.
- The expected duration of the building program is 20 weeks.
- Tender submissions will be evaluated on a 50% price, 50% non-price criteria basis.
A non-compulsory site inspection will be held on Tuesday 20th June 2023. Tenderers are requested to register contact name and number of one (1) repsentative wishing to attend the inspection by 2:00pm Friday 16th June 2023.
