The Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) is seeking to engage a Consultant to provide technical and financial advice in undertaking a review of the QAS 15-year Capital Infrastructure Program for Land and Buildings, and preparing a 10-year Base Capital Program. This approach is consistent with the recommendations of Queensland Treasury and the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. This will include a review of physical assets, as detailed in the methodology.
