QBUILD A DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND PUBLIC WORKS, ON BEHALF OF TOWNSVILLE HOSPITAL & HEALTH SERVICE (THE PRINCIPAL),  IS SEEKING PROPOSALS FROM ELIGIBLE PQC 3 CONTRACTORS TO SUBMIT AN OFFER TO FACILITATE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THREE NEW CLINICAL SERVICE UNITS AT TOWNSVILLE UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL LOCATED 100 ANGUS SMITH DRIVE, DOUGLAS  QLD  4814.

Eligible Contractors are required to have a minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 3 and must have an office located in the NQ region

Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for the PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
