The Department of Education is seeking Offers for QED119377 English as an Additional Language or Dialect Support Services.

The successful supplier will provide advice, resources and professional learning programs for Queensland State School (QSS) educators of students for whom English is an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D).

• Part A: Invitation To Offer (ITO) SUPPLIER TO READ AND RETAIN
• Part B: Contract Details SUPPLIER TO READ AND RETAIN - provides details of the intended Contract (in draft) including the Requirements, Price and Payment terms, Performance Monitoring and Governance requirements. If a Supplier is selected by the Customer to enter into a Contract, the Contract Details document will be finalised and agreed between the parties.  The Contract will only be established once it is formed in the manner set out in the Comprehensive Contract Conditions
• Part C: ITO Response Schedules SUPPLIER TO COMPLETE AND RETURN.
