Independent Review of the ISIP2 Program Delivery
The DJAG ICT Strategy Implementation Program (ISIP) is a multi-phase, multiyear program to deliver the technology strategy across four individual programs: Courts, Liquor Gaming and Fair Trading (LGFT) as well as the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP). A ‘Digital Enablement’ Program has been established to provide enterprise-wide functionality supporting the separate Lines of Business (LoBs) and their delivery initiatives.
The Department of Justice and Attorney General is seeking an independent evaluation of ISIP2 Program delivery. The evaluation should be delivered in a staged approach with CTDP to commence first.
There will be an option for the evaluation of the other three programs in further stages of the process.
