Procurement of professional services for refinement and finalisation of the Charlton Bypass corridor.
Scope
Discuss existing (from previous planning or as constructed) configurations with context to the overarching intent Charlton Bypass project and produce tangible options for refinement for Corridor Protection category C.
Discuss the short, medium, and long term impacts on the existing road network as well as interim works that may be required to meet the demand of the local area until construction of the Charlton Bypass can be completed.
Provide decisions and recommendations for refinement to the planned future Charlton Bypass Corridor.
Provide decisions and recommendations on final corridor alignments to process to Category C protection,
Where deemed outside of the scope of this project, provide a list of priority projects that will form a pathway/ strategy for future planning project investigations.
