| The Queensland Government, through Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service, is seeking proposals for Principal Consultant services for Moa Island, Kubin and St Pauls Primary Health Care Centres (PHCCs).
Please note: Tenderers are required to hold a minimum Prequalification (PQC) Level 2 rating and have an office in the region of Far North Queensland in order to be able to apply for these works.
Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for the PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
Proposal:
- A Principal Consultant is required to advance existing designs for both PHCCS through the stages of Design Development and onto Tender Design and Construction Design Documentation.
- The documentation for the tender and contract will be based on the Australian Standard General Conditions of Contract AS4122-2010.
- Tender submissions will be evaluated on a 40% price, 60% non-price criteria basis.
There is no site inspection scheduled.
