Queensland Hydro require a cost management system with automated workflow functionality that enables accurate and efficient management and control of the below project cost processes and activities:
- Funding allocation
- Resource planning
- Forecasting
- Time phased budgeting
- Commitments
- Accruals
- Progress and performance measurement, analysis and reporting
- Risk management
- Change management.
An end-to-end project implementation approach driven by the supplier is required, which includes the delivery of service and support components.
