| The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Project Communications and Document Management System.
Queensland Hydro requires a project communications and document management system to enable secure project communications and the transfer, review and management of project documents between project parties.
At a minimum this should include:
- Configuration workshops to full under Queensland Hydro’s requirements;
- Supplier configuration of the system;
- User acceptance testing;
- Go-Live and support;
- Project management and reporting;
- Project close; and,
- Ongoing support and maintenance.
The terms and conditions governing this RFQ process are detailed in Schedule A.
The terms and conditions applying to any resulting purchase will be QITC Comprehensive Conditions of Contract
