North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation Limited ACN 136880218 (NQBP) is currently planning for major expansions at the Ports of Abbot and Hay Point.
Legal services will be required to assist with the development of contract documents and provision of specialist legal advice in relation to the development of coal terminal and other facilities at both ports. This is expected to involve the preparation of framework and other agreements, leases, operating and development agreements, funding and charging agreements, and land acquisition, and will involve close negotiation with NQBP’s customers and stakeholders
