The Queensland Government on behalf of the Metro South Hospital and Health Service (MSHHS) is seeking Proposals from suitably qualified D&C Building Contractors to design, document and construct the Redland Hospital Expansion Project – Stage 1 Main Works.
The scope of the Project generally includes but is not limited to:
The construction of a new two-storey building on the existing medical records building site, comprising a 25-bed medical inpatient unit (IPU) at ground floor, and a new 6-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) plus a further 6 High Dependency (HDU) beds (co-located) on Level 1.
