| Noosa Shire Council invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified respondents for retaining wall construction works on Arkana Drive, Noosa Heads as described in more detail in Part 4 – Scope.
Contractor to undertake civil works for the construction of a 130m grouted rock retaining wall on Arkana Drive, Noosa Heads.The scope of works includes but are not limited to:
- Demolition of existing retaining wall
- Earthworks
- Construction of grouted rock wall including footings
- Construction of log barrier
- Landscaping
- Pavement reinstatement
This is a lump sum construct only contract.
All Works under contract must be compliant with Council’s Work Health and Safety Policy.
