Women’s Safety and Violence Prevention (WSVP), Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG) is seeking to engage a supplier to provide services to support victim-survivors at risk of, or experiencing homelessness as a result of domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV).
The supplier will provide three specialist workers as ‘Housing Connectors’ that will be embedded in a specialist domestic and family violence (DFV) service to work intensively with victim-survivors with complex and diverse needs across a specified geographic catchment.
The Housing Connectors will utilise existing strong partnerships they have developed across the service system, alongside their knowledge of local referral pathways to ensure an integrated service response for victim-survivors.
The Housing Connector roles will adopt a strengths-based approach to working with individuals, and have a strong understanding of the DFSV and housing systems.WSVP seeks to purchase services in the following locations:
- Toowoomba
- Moreton Bay
- Brisbane
Suppliers may submit an Offer for one or more locations by completing a separate response form for each location. Please note that each location will be separately assessed.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible to submit a response, the supplier must be a Provider who is currently funded by DJAG to deliver services to persons who fear, experience or use DFV.
